On July 8th we were informed of a family emergency and had to cancel our trip and needed a ride from Vancouver, BC to the SeaTac Airport in Washington. None of the rental cars available were big enough for our whole family. We called Evergreen and within about 2 hours they had a limo at the hotel. Joe, the driver, was excellent in every respect, even locating a pharmacy for us to pick up some necessary items.

Our trip may have ended before it began, but if there was one bright spot in all this it was the service and support we received from Evergreen. Without them, especially helping us in our emergency return to Seattle for our flight to Houston, life would have been considerably more complicated.
